• Interfering with or disrupting the Site, servers, or networks, including through denial-of-service attacks, botnets, or excessive automated requests.
• Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or any other malicious code.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, scraping, harvesting, or extracting data except as expressly permitted by law.
• Using the Site to send unsolicited communications, spam, or phishing messages.
• Impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Engaging in fraudulent activity or activities that promote fraud, illegal gambling, or other criminal conduct.
• Posting or transmitting content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.
• Collecting personal information from other users without consent.
• Circumventing rate limits, access controls, or security restrictions.

Enforcement

Green Bloom Global reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to investigate suspected violations and to take any action it deems appropriate, including removing content, suspending or terminating access, cooperating with law enforcement, and seeking legal remedies.

To report a violation, email abuse@greenbloomglobal.org with sufficient detail to allow us to investigate.
