DMCA Copyright Policy

Green Bloom Global LLC respects the intellectual-property rights of others and expects users to do the same. This policy describes how to submit notices of alleged copyright infringement under the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512 (“DMCA”).

Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe content on a site we operate infringes your copyright, send a written notice that includes all of the following:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with information sufficient to locate it (e.g., URL).
4. Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

Counter-Notice

If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice containing the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3). Knowingly making a material misrepresentation in either a notice or counter-notice may result in liability for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

Repeat Infringers

We will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate access for users determined to be repeat infringers.
